Large companies are increasingly using social networks to connect with their customers. Vamag has gone further by launching a technical and training channel on YouTube called “Vamag Channel”.

This channel offers introductory and soon training videos for each product category manufactured by the company, in both Italian and English. Additionally, viewers can send technical and training questions directly under the videos, receiving detailed responses from the staff.

Vamag will maintain the channel for product promotion, overviews of their offerings, and videos from TV programs that highlight their brand. However, the goal is to create a true Corporate TV channel to periodically interact with their customers worldwide.
